The advisor

A decade of helping people actually understand their coverage.

I got into this work because I watched too many good people sign up for the wrong plan — sold the wrong policy by someone who was measuring the commission, not the fit.

At Infinite Health Options, I do things differently. I start with the question most agents skip: what does your year actually look like? Your doctors, your prescriptions, your family, your budget. From there we match a plan — not a pitch.

Every client I take on gets my personal number and a plain-English breakdown of what they're paying for. If you ever get a bill you don't understand, call me. That's the deal.

Over the years Joey has built and led dozens of agents, mentoring teams across multiple markets and carrying what he calls his mission of hope — the simple, daily practice of helping someone else get a little further than they were yesterday. That mission has quietly added up: across his career, Joey has been part of teams responsible for more than $100M in policy sales.

Mission of hope

Leading teams, lifting people.

Joey has managed and mentored dozens of agents over his career — building teams that share one simple idea: help somebody every single day. That principle, what he calls his mission of hope, has shaped every agency he's led and every client he's served. The business is a byproduct; the purpose is the person across the table.

$100M+
In career policy sales

A decade of teammates, mentors, and friends.

Three things I won't compromise on.

1.

Plain English.

No jargon, no fine-print games. If I can't explain it in a sentence, I'll explain it in two. You should always know what you're signing.

2.

Your year, not the pitch.

I quote plans only after I understand your doctors, prescriptions, family, and cash flow. The "best plan" is the one that fits you.

3.

Beyond enrollment.

A confusing bill, a denied claim, a life change — call me. My clients get a real person, not a call-center queue, for the life of the policy.

Let's talk

A free, no-pressure conversation.

From confusion to coverage.

Here's exactly what happens from the first call to the day your policy is active. No surprises, no pressure — just a clear path forward.

1.

Discovery call

We talk for 20–30 minutes. I ask about your doctors, your prescriptions, your family, and what you've struggled with in the past. No quotes yet — just understanding.

~ 20 min
2.

Plan research

I pull quotes across 30+ carriers appointed with Infinite Health Options. I check network coverage for your specific providers and verify your prescriptions are covered — before you ever see a number.

1–2 days
3.

The walk-through

We meet again — in person, by phone, or on video. I present 2–3 plans side-by-side, explain every trade-off in plain English, and answer every "what if" you can throw at me.

~ 30 min
4.

Enrollment

Once you choose, I handle the paperwork. You get a confirmation, a schedule of benefits, and my direct number. Coverage typically starts the 1st of the following month.

~ 15 min
5.

Year-round support

This is where most advisors disappear — I don't. Confusing bill? Denied claim? Baby on the way? Call me. My clients get a real advocate for the life of the policy.

Ongoing

Things everyone asks, before the call.

Is there any cost to work with you?

No. My consultations are free, and I'm paid directly by the insurance carriers — at the same rate regardless of which plan you choose. You pay the same premium whether you enroll through me or directly, so there's no reason not to have an advocate in your corner.

How long does the whole process take?

From first call to active coverage is usually 3–7 days, sometimes same-day if you're in an urgent gap. ACA enrollments follow federal effective-date rules; short-term plans can start as early as tomorrow.

What if I already have a plan I like?

Then we'll keep it. I'll review what you have, flag anything that might not hold up next year, and make sure you're ready for open enrollment. No pressure to switch.

Do you work with small businesses?

Yes — I specialize in self-employed professionals and small business owners. Group plans, 1099 contractor benefits, HSA/HRA strategies, and family coverage are all in scope.

What if something goes wrong after I enroll?

That's when you actually need an advisor. Confusing bill, surprise denial, network issue — you have my direct number. I stay involved for the life of the policy, not just the sale.

Step 01

Start with a conversation.
